From the moment your car arrives, it’s treated as if it were our own — handled with precision and respect.

Here’s how the process works:

1. ARRIVAL & INDUCTION

Your experience begins with a pre-booked appointment or arranged collection.
When your vehicle arrives, it’s received and taken directly into our secure induction bay — never left outside or unattended. We record your details, confirm storage preferences, and begin the initial condition check.

2. CONDITION, ASSESSMENT & DOCUMENTATION

Each car is carefully inspected and documented before entering storage.
We check bodywork, paint, glass, wheels, tyres, and interior trim, and record tyre pressures and fluid levels.
High-resolution photographs are taken to confirm your car’s condition on arrival, giving you complete peace of mind.

3. PRE-STORAGE PREPARATION

If required, your vehicle can be lightly cleaned prior to storage for a small additional charge. 

We will then carry out simple pre-storage preparations — such as connecting a battery conditioner and inflating tyres to an increased pressure.

4. CONTROLLED PLACEMENT IN STORAGE

Your car is then gently moved into its allocated bay within our storage facility.
Each bay is designed for generous spacing, ensuring the vehicle is protected from every angle.
We connect a battery conditioner, place an oil drip tray, and monitor temperature and humidity around the clock. At additional cost we can also fit a bespoke car cover.

5. ONGOING CARE & MAINTENANCE

During storage, your vehicle remains under our continuous supervision.
We perform regular checks on:

• Battery condition

• Tyre Pressure

• Cover fit and general condition

• Signs of moisture or leaks

At intervals agreed with you, we’ll start and warm the engine, move the car slightly to prevent flat spots, and ensure all mechanical systems remain healthy.

6. PRE-COLLECTION PREPARATION

When you’re ready to collect your car, we make sure it’s fully prepared for the road within 24 hours notice.
We remove the cover, carry out a fresh inspection, check fluid levels and tyre pressures. Finally, the car is given a light clean so it’s as immaculate leaving our care as it was on arrival.​​
